Background: I found Dr Pratima Raichur in the 2000’s following my second sinus surgery, which did very little to heal my shallow nasal breathing.
After loads of medications for 2 decades, and two failed surgeries — it was Ayurveda and Dr Raichur who showed me that I needed to address my nervous system, heal my gut, and live a life that flowed (and wasn’t filled with stress).
